Shipping policy

KAP UK always strives to dispatch your order as soon as possible We aim to dispatch any item kept in stock on the day it is ordered when placed before 12 Midday UK Time. Please note that this cannot always be guranteed although 99% of orders that we have in stock are dispatched on the day.

Shipping is free to most UK mainland addresses.  A shipping surcharge will be applied to those UK mainland areas considered to be remote by our couriers, offshore UK addresses and all international deliveries.  

Typically the UK mainland shipping service is 1-2 working days.  Delivery methods and times stated at checkout are the delivery commitments provided by our couriers.  KAP UK Ltd will not be held responsible for any delays by the courier.  Please allow sufficient time for delivery, our courier service is very good but delays can happen.   Saturday service may be available, but at a surcharge, please contact us if this is required so we can obtain a quote.

Occasionally deliveries can be delayed for reasons such as adverse weather conditions, overloading in the courier network due to Christmas, Easter, etc.  If your delivery has not been received within the estimated timescale please contact our Customer Service team who will assist with resolving any issues.

If shipping outside the EU, please note that further delays  can occur due to customs delays.  All  international consignments must have a contact telephone number for delivery, please make sure you add the delivery telephone number during checkout.  Order dispatch may be delayed if no contact number is provided at checkout.

We do ship worldwide, if your Country is not available on our website, please contact us for a custom quote. However, some products we are unable to deliver internationally due to the size, weight, customs restrictions and courier restrictions.

Stock indication

Here at KAP UK, we use a stock management system on our web site which informs you if we have the selected item in stock or if it is a special order item. Stock indication shown on our website is an exact figure based on the moment you select the part. There are certain cases where the stock may be inaccurate due to a missing part, or a customer ordering the same part, at the same time. In these rare cases the KAP UK will contact you as soon as they receive your order to inform you of the expected delivery date.
