KAP UK will NOT accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible.
Any goods we have sent to you that have arrived damaged or missing parts, KAP UK must be notified within 24 Hours, otherwise a claim will be invalid.
It is your responsibility to check that the part you are ordering is suitable for your car, if in doubt, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.
We aim to process all credits within 48 hours, however at peak periods, or in case of a query it may take longer.
